Delivery Timeline

• Karachi: Orders are delivered within 2–3 working days.

• Outside Karachi: Orders are delivered within 3–6 working days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking code is shared with you. You can use this code to track your shipment at any time. The tracking details are sent when shipping is added to the Order.

Parcel Opening Policy

We do not offer an open-parcel policy.
If a customer wishes to open the parcel, they must first pay the rider and then open the parcel in the rider’s presence.
