Refund policy

Returns (15 Days)

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, all conditions below must be met:

  1. Bottle and atomiser must not be damaged

  2. Perfume box and tester box must not be damaged

  3. Do not discard the bubble wrapβ€”use it to re-pack safely

  4. Include the tester back in the box if it was received free

  5. Contact us via WhatsApp to share the issue/reason for return

  6. Re-pack everything neatly, exactly as received

  7. Send the parcel back using any courier. The return address is on the Delivery Slip pasted on the flyer, or request it via WhatsApp

  8. Return courier charges are to be paid by the customer


Refunds
  1. Refund is issued after receiving and verifying the returned items

  2. Refunds are processed to your Bank Account

  3. Share your bank details via WhatsApp

  4. Rs. 100 per perfume is deducted to balance courier costs

  5. Return courier charges are not refundable

  6. Refund may be partial if the perfume is used beyond testing

  7. No refund if the bottle is damagedβ€”please pack securely

  8. Refund processing may take 2–7 working days
